Whether Mercury is integrated into your current inventory management system or not, the Inventory module will enable your customers to book items that are available for hire. If an item is out of commission, it won’t be available for the Customer to select.

With AutoAgree you no longer need to have paper based rental agreements. When registered customers book an item, the dates and time for the hire along with their registered Driver License details will be added to the Rental Agreement. The customer will also sign the document on there iOS or Android device meaning the customer arrives for collection with all the paper work completed.

Once they’ve signed, the operator will also receive a copy of the signed agreement for records and confirmation of Identity.

Denari ensures that all payments including bond and rental fees are all handled electronically with Pre-Authorisation being made even before a request to hire is received by the operator. This ensures that the customer has adequate funds and reduces the overhead of the operating dealing with bad credit customers.

IDverify helps reduce the risk of Fraud by analysing whether the customer is who they say they are. Utilising the latest facial recognition and ID verification measures, you can reduce the risk of theft and loss with IDverify.

Scopum allows you to target your customers with direct deals and updates. Staying engaged with your customers to ensure they come back.

Insights provides reporting and customer metrics which powers you with Business Intelligence to help direct your business and marketing.

Appify is the Customer facing sales tool. Appify can be branded however you wish, putting the power into the Customers hand so that they can pre-book the hire of your items and drive the end to end booking process.
